A little about me;

I am RYT200 certified yoga instructor and have been leading classes since 2011.  I offer private and group lessons but my favorite thing to do is to incorporate yoga into fun events. 

I am also very involved in Crossfit, saving animals, and and an overall general healthy lifestyle.
